Mike represents corporations and officers and directors in litigation in federal and state courts throughout the nation including numerous class actions. A substantial part of his practice focuses on shareholder litigation including securities fraud, derivative actions, and fiduciary duty claims against officers and directors of both public and private companies. He also has consulted with boards of directors regarding corporate governance and the fiduciary duties of directors. Mike currently serves as the firm’s Co-General Counsel.
