Mike is a litigator with more than 20 years’ experience whose practice focuses on construction, government contracts, and commercial business disputes. His practice is national in scope, and his clients include civil and environmental contractors, design and engineering firms, and providers of services and products to federal and state government agencies, including companies in the transportation, waste remediation and petrochemical industries. He has pursued and defended claims in alternative dispute resolution proceedings and has litigated in state and federal court as well as before the boards of contract appeals.
Mike joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Mike was a shareholder with Akerman Senterfitt.
Mike is a former Captain in the U.S. Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
