Michael concentrates his practice in the areas of general business and corporate transactions, banking, mergers and acquisitions and litigation.
In addition to representing corporate clients, Michael frequently represents pro bono clients in conjunction with the Prairie State Legal Services Pro Bono Plan. In 2008, he represented a pro bono client in a widely publicized wrongful death case in Peoria County, eventually getting the case against his client dismissed.
Prior to law school, Michael was a system administrator with a California-based healthcare company.
