“Our summer associates learn through experience. Throughout the summer they are presented with challenging responsibilities and opportunities, working alongside partners and associates, contributing to actual trials; participating in the structuring, negotiating, and documenting of business transactions; and contributing to client conferences,” said Professional Recruiting & Development Partner Peter Sloan. “Our goal is to provide our summer associates with a stimulating, ‘real world’ experience so they are fully prepared to take on the responsibilities of an associate.”
