Megan assists clients on issues related to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, Stark and Anti-Kickback analysis, state and federal licensure/certification of health care facilities, corporate health care transactions, HIPAA compliance and other regulatory matters. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2007 and was previously an Associate with Bryan Cave LLP from 2002 to 2007.
