Lisa advises business owners, health care professionals and human resources professionals on preventing, managing and resolving disputes. She has managed numerous cases to successful resolutions and defense verdicts. Lisa also helps gay and lesbian individuals and couples with matters that impact their lives and families, such as same-sex adoptions, surrogacy and donor contracts, and relationship formation and dissolution.
Lisa is an active member of the firm’s Diversity Council and Steering Committee.
