Linda leads Husch Blackwell’s Customs and International Trade practice. She understands the challenges involved with global manufacturing and transportation of goods around the world.
Linda assists global manufacturers and distributors in all corners of the world and represents a diverse clientele, such as suppliers to the oil and gas industry, importers of a variety of consumer and industrial products, and exporters of defense articles and technology. Her engagements cover a wide range of trade matters, including advising on U.S. economic sanctions, import seizures, export licensing, antidumping cases, trade compliance and foreign distribution.
A frequent speaker on U.S. economic sanctions and U.S. export controls, Linda also serves on the Board of Directors of the International Trade Council of Greater Kansas City and is on the Advisory Board of Law 360 International Trade.
