Leo's practice focuses on real estate development and renewable energy projects across the country. In his real estate practice, he advises clients on general real estate matters, including lease, purchase, sale and lending transactions, while also counseling on a variety of local development issues, such as zoning, tax increment financing, tax abatement programs and other public financing tools. Leo also has managed real estate aspects of renewable energy projects and has represented lenders and developers in wind energy projects in Kansas and Nebraska.
Leo is an accredited LEED Green Associate as recognized by the Green Building Certification Institute.
Before joining the firm as an Associate in 2010, Leo was a paralegal in the Real Estate & Development Department.
