Leah concentrates her practice in the firm’s Corporate Department, where she advises on business formation, restructuring, dissolution and other general corporate matters. She also represents clients in mergers and acquisition transactions. In addition, she counsels on compliance with state and federal securities laws, assists in the preparation and review of Securities Exchange Act filings, and represents clients in public offerings of equity and debt securities.
Leah is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and the True North planning committee.
