He has assisted developers and purchasers in various construction contract disputes, and has also represented major national banks in disputes regarding credit card and other contract disputes.
Larry has represented several international and national high technology companies in disputes regarding software, operating systems and internet registration and represents clients in trade secret, copyright, trademark and patent cases.
He has defended and sued many employers and employees in fraud, tortious interference, and non-compete and trade secret cases, as well as multiple class actions involving allegations of FLSA, ADEA and ERISA violations, and in various discrimination cases.
Larry has assisted several national law firms in defending legal malpractice and sanctions actions. He has defended international disputes involving parties from France, China, Italy, Hong Kong, Canada, Japan, Great Britain and Mexico.
