Laura counsels corporate clients on contract disputes, employment matters and liability defense. She has an active trial practice that includes representation of private and public small businesses, banks, and Fortune 500 companies in state and federal court. Laura also advises individuals on real estate disputes, including land use and development.
Missouri Lawyers Weekly recognized Laura for obtaining one of the top ten 2010 civil defense verdicts in the state of Missouri.
Laura’s health law practice focuses on long-term care facility compliance and physician practice management. She advises national operations and local owners on compliance issues and provides representation for facilities in agency and judicial actions. She serves as a medical practice consultant on compliance and employment issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Laura developed a private consulting business with national clientele focused on business marketing and physician practice group management. After her judicial clerkship, she worked in the legal publishing industry and then served in private practice in a Boston firm with a focus on real estate litigation.
