Kyle litigates complex individual and class action cases, focusing heavily on disputes involving business torts and other commercial issues, consumer protection claims, securities fraud and related professional negligence claims, and employment claims. Kyle frequently represents clients from the healthcare industry in a broad range of high-stakes disputes. He also has extensive experience defending private sector colleges and consumer finance companies against a variety of consumer protection claims, including class actions.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell in 2008, Kyle was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago.
