Her trademark experience includes clearance and registration, opposition and cancellation proceedings and infringement analysis, and her patent experience includes drafting, infringement litigation and non-infringement analysis. Kris also drafts and negotiates complex licensing agreements and non-disclosure agreements, recording agreements and publishing agreements.
