She has experience preparing and negotiating various commercial agreements, including supply, distributor and services agreements, non-disclosure agreements and transportation agreements. She has advised clients in connection with business formation, planning and governance matters, and has negotiated construction contracts and commercial leases. In addition, Katie has experience in litigation, particularly real estate zoning matters.
