She has represented clients on a variety of issues in state and federal court proceedings at both trial and appellate levels, as well as before federal agencies and in private arbitration.
Katie regularly represents healthcare clients in a variety of litigation matters. Her practice focuses on representing hospitals in antitrust, medical staff, fraud and abuse, and commercial litigation matters.
She has successfully represented antitrust clients in monopolization, conspiracy, price fixing, exclusive dealing and other matters in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, aviation, hospitality, real estate, sports and manufacturing. She has represented both defendants and plaintiffs.
Katie began her legal career working at a law firm in Washington, D.C., where she had a business and telecommunications litigation practice.
