Justin has served as national and regional lead counsel for Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies, including representing secured lenders, lessors and other secured creditors in commercial creditors’ rights litigation and alternative dispute resolution with an emphasis in secured transactions and lien enforcement proceedings in both state and federal court. As part of his practice, Justin also represents clients in negotiations and documentation of workouts and debt restructurings. Additionally, he has experience in insurance defense, employment law and general commercial litigation.
