John has experience handling all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts in patent, construction, real estate, consumer class action, securities class action and professional malpractice cases. He has extensive experience in Hatch-Waxman cases involving generic pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell in 2010, John was an Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP. Before entering the legal profession, John was a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy from 2000 to 2004.
