Practicing in bankruptcy, insolvency, creditors' rights and commercial litigation, John is board-certified in business and consumer bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification and is a CPA in Missouri.
John has authored periodic articles on bankruptcy topics in KC Counselor, the official publication of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. He has also been a speaker on bankruptcy topics at the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association and the Kansas City Bankruptcy Bar Association.
John joined the firm as a partner in 2003.
