Jason concentrates his practice in the area of general business litigation and represents clients in a range of industries, including retail, construction, banking and higher education. He represents individuals and Fortune 500 companies in business matters and litigation throughout the country.
Jason has extensive motion practice experience and has represented clients in mediations and arbitrations. He has tried cases in state and federal court and has represented clients at the appellate level in the Missouri Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Missouri, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth, Eighth and Ninth Circuits.
