Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Jarriot L. Rook joined the firm's St. Louis, Mo., office as an Associate. He concentrates his work in the area of Trusts & Estates law.
Rook received his LL.M. in Taxation and J.D., cum laude, from Washington University School of Law (2010). He received his B.A. from Washington University (2003).
Prior to law school, Rook was a Retirement Plan Specialist with Retirement Plan Services, LLC (2004-2007). He advised clients on efficiently managing their companies’ retirement plans and interpreted plan documents to develop client-specific processes and procedures for plan maintenance. In addition, he ensured client retirement plans complied with IRS and DOL regulations. Rook also worked as a Human Resources Specialist and New Loan Setup Specialist with Citimortgage, Inc. (2003-2004).
