For the second year in a row, The Legal 500 United States has recognized Husch Blackwell’s Government Contracts, M&A, and Real Estate practice groups with national rankings in its U.S. edition, published today.
The firm’s Government Contracts group was called out as an “extremely knowledgeable team” that is “on point in the government and M&A realms.” Husch Blackwell’s Mergers & Acquisitions group was noted for middle-market (sub-$500 million) M&A work, including “significant inbound and outbound M&A experience on major transactions.”
Regarding the firm’s Real Estate practice, Legal 500 mentioned that firm “handles portfolio management, facilities operations, financing, planning and development, sales and dispositions, leasing and environmental real estate matters. Other areas of expertise include tax credits, structuring funds and joint ventures, capital-raising, governance and compliance.”
