Who’s Who Legal named Husch Blackwell Partner Chris Redmond one of the 10 most highly regarded individuals among the 2013 list of Asset Recovery Lawyers. In the July 2013, publication, Redmond is featured in a “Roundtable” article, where he addresses practice challenges, the forecast for future asset recovery work and recent changes to the area of law, and how the increase of electronic resources has impacted his work. When asked if he expects asset recovery work to remain steady, Redmond said, “As technology advances, so does the sophistication of fraud schemes … Unfortunately fraud is still pervasive and assistance to individuals and companies defrauded by slick ‘professionals’ will continue and in all probability increase.”
