Purvi Shah Joins Husch Blackwell's Kansas City Real Estate Team

Shah has represented lenders throughout all phases of real estate and business loans.

Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Purvi Shah has joined the firm as senior counsel in its Kansas City office.

Shah joins the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Construction industry team and its Corporate Real Estate and Government Contracts practice groups. She advises clients on construction-related services for a variety of projects that include warehouse and distribution facilities, hangars, arenas, manufacturing and assembly centers, and government buildings.

Shah has represented lenders throughout all phases of real estate and business loans, from restructuring, negotiation and documentation of credit transactions through workouts, including nonjudicial foreclosures, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) collateral sales, receiverships and loan/guaranty enforcement. She previously served as legal counsel for a Kansas City-based construction company and is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Shah obtained her J.D., L.L.M., and M.B.A. from the University of Missouri—Kansas City. She earned her B.B.A. from the University of Kansas.
