Husch Blackwell Partner Christine F. Miller was named in the inaugural Benchmark Litigation Top 250 Women in Litigation publication. The list is composed of a select group of women initially named in Benchmark Litigation’s 2012 edition as “local litigation stars.” Miller was recognized for her defense against multiple claims regarding lead exposure and her role as national counsel for Olin Corporation and Siemens USA. She has also served as lead counsel for various Fortune 500 companies in employment matters including sexual harassment and minority discrimination suits.
A partner in the firm's St. Louis office, Miller is Chair of the firm's Litigation Division, a member of the firm’s Executive and Partner Boards and Co-chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee. An accomplished trial lawyer and persuasive negotiator, she has tried and won more than 50 jury trials in state and federal courts across the country.
Benchmark Litigation identifies the leading U.S. trial attorneys and firms at the local and national levels. Focused exclusively on the U.S. litigation market, the publication’s rankings and editorials are the result of extensive interviews with private practice lawyers and in-house counsel.

The firm has handled cases in virtually all areas of litigation, including business and commercial disputes, class action, product liability, professional liability, consumer fraud litigation and toxic tort defense.
