Litigation Associate Returns to Husch Blackwell’s Chattanooga Office

Husch Blackwell welcomes K. Chris Collins back to the firm’s Chattanooga, Tenn., office. A Business Litigation associate, Collins represents corporations, privately held companies and lenders, and his broad range of experience includes government investigation, breach of contract, real estate and product liability disputes.

Collins practiced with Husch Blackwell at the start of his career as a litigator (2010-2013) and in a similar capacity with an additional focus on corporate transactions and commercial contracts at another full-service firm in Chattanooga (2013-2014) before returning to Husch Blackwell.

Collins received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law (2010), where he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and was a member of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. He received his B.S. in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee (2007), where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Mortar Board National Honor Societies.
