Husch Blackwell Sanders welcomes Katie Hall Giannasi to the Corporate Law Division. She joins the firm’s Chattanooga Dome office location as an associate and will focus her practice on corporate law, commercial transactions and real estate.
Giannasi previously worked for Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison as an associate. She represented civil litigation clients in state and federal courts, and before municipal boards. She has experience in civil litigation working with breach of construction contracts, constitutionality of municipal zoning ordinances, and eminent domain disputes, as well as real estate law.
Giannasi earned her J.D., magna cum laude (2005), from Tulane University Law School and her B.A., cum laude (2000), from Tulane University. She held the position of managing editor of the Tulane Law Review while earning her degree and she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Contracts and Securities Registration.
