Jeff Miller Joins Denver Office

Husch Blackwell welcomes Associate Jeffrey M. Miller to the firm’s Denver office. He joins the Banking & Finance group, bringing nearly 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Miller was Associate Counsel at Denver-based investment firm Braddock Financial Corp. (2009-2012). While there, he participated in the structuring, forming and closing of multiple hedge funds and venture capital investments.

Miller received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law (2010), where he was on the University of Denver Law Review. Before and during law school, Miller was a manager at Clayton Fixed Income Services, where he supervised a team of nine analysts. Prior to that, he was an investment representative with Edward Jones (2003-2004). Miller received his B.A. in Economics from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa. (2002).

Husch Blackwell's Banking & Finance practice focuses on the lending and regulatory activities of regional and national commercial lenders, retail banks, life insurance companies, CMBS conduit lenders, credit unions, savings associations and other financial institutions. Attorneys represent both commercial lenders and borrowers and understand the requirements and approaches of both secured and credit debt financing. The practice also focuses on the regulatory compliance of financial institutions.
