Six attorneys in Husch Blackwell’s Chattanooga, Tenn., office have been selected for inclusion in the 2014 Mid-South Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. Each year, no more than five percent of attorneys per state are named to the Super Lawyers list; no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list. The states of Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee are included in the Mid-South listings.

Two attorneys were named to the 2014 Mid-South Super Lawyers list: Alan L. Cates in the category of Estate Planning and Probate 2014 and Ronald I. Feldman in Real Estate Business. Four attorneys were named to the 2014 Mid-South Rising Stars list: Theresa L. Critchfield in Business Litigation; Benjamin P. Harper in Real Estate: Business; Laura F. Ketcham in Creditor Debtor Rights: Business; and Caroline B. Stefaniak in Business Litigation.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selection process includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent research of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. The Rising Star category is for attorneys who are under 40 years old or who have fewer than ten years of legal experience.
