A Husch Blackwell team led by Ronald Feldman closes one of the largest-ever deals for a long-standing client.

A team of Husch Blackwell real estate attorneys led by Partner Ronald I. Feldman represented CBL & Associates Properties Inc. in its $192 million acquisition of Mayfaire Town Center and Community Center, an open air retail center in the coastal market of Wilmington, North Carolina. The center generates more than $200 million in annual sales and places it in CBL’s Tier 1 asset pool. The deal, which closed on June 18, was one of the largest ever for Husch Blackwell’s long-standing client.

“Husch Blackwell’s responsiveness and representation during this acquisition was outstanding,” said Jeff Curry, CBL’s chief legal officer. “Ron Feldman and his team delivered the type of exemplary client service that we have come to expect from Husch Blackwell.”

In addition to Feldman, the Husch Blackwell client team included Partners Raymond S. Kreienkamp and Amy L. Wachs, and Associates Megan R. Galey, Kelsie D. Hanson, Andrew M. Hodgson and Stefanie A. Ravenhill.
