Husch Blackwell welcomes Sr. Counsel Libby J. Orendorff to its St. Louis, Mo., office. Orendorff joins the firm’s Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education team, having previously served as senior legal counsel to one of the industry’s largest pharmacy benefit managers in St. Louis.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Orendorff was in-house legal counsel for Express Scripts Inc. (2012-2015), where she provided legal counsel for a variety of matters including drug procurement and distribution agreements, patient assistance programs, fraud and abuse laws, Medicare/Medicaid billing and the organization’s response to federal regulations involving HIPAA.
Orendorff received her LL.M., in Health Law, and her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law (2014; 2011). She received her B.A., cum laude, in English Literature and Spanish, from Mercer University in Macon, Ga. (2007).
