Husch Blackwell welcomes Christopher C. Sundberg to the Denver office. He joins the firm’s Corporate team as an associate, and brings several years’ experience assisting clients in the aviation industry.

Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Sundberg was an associate in the Denver office of Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell LLP (2013-2015). While there, he advised airports, airport sponsors and aircraft owners on federal aviation statutes and regulations, drafted operating documents and negotiated purchase agreements. As a contract attorney in the Washington, D.C., office of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott LLC (2013), he represented several foreign airlines in a wide variety of regulatory matters. Initially after law school, Sundberg served as an associate with The Wicks Group PLLC in Washington, D.C. Sundberg received his J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law (2011), where he was a member of the Administrative Law Review. Prior to law school, Sundberg worked for U.S. Airways as a Yield Analyst (2006-2007) and a Revenue Analyst (2007-2008) and performed market analyses and implemented yield management and pricing strategies to maximize revenue. He received his B.A. from Duke University (2005).

Small and global companies alike have entrusted Husch Blackwell’s Corporate team to handle complex and critical matters. The team of more than 70 attorneys in offices throughout the U.S. draws on its combined knowledge to provide trusted guidance to clients based on their particular needs and the unique characteristics of their industry.
