BTI Consulting Group has recognized Husch Blackwell on its “Honor Roll of Most Feared Law Firms” in the company’s newly-released BTI Litigation Outlook 2017: Changes, Trends and Opportunities for Law Firms. The report features emerging trends and in-depth analysis of the litigation legal market, as well as a survey of corporate counsel assessing the strength of individual law firms.
Participating corporate counsel ranked Husch Blackwell among the report’s law firms that “clients fear most in litigation.” The firm was the only Missouri-based law firm included on the list of “Most Feared Firms.”
In addition, the firm was also ranked among the top 15 percent of all firms in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation.
BTI’s Litigation Outlook 2017 report is based solely on in-depth interviews with leading legal decision-makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue representing more than 15 industry segments. The analysis trends data from more than 4,300 corporate counsel client interviews conducted over the span of 17 years.
Husch Blackwell’s recognition in BTI’s report adds to a growing list of recognitions for the firm’s Litigation group in 2016. Last month, the firm placed 58 litigation attorneys in the 2017 Best Lawyers in America directory, six of whom were selected as Lawyers of the Year.
