Husch Blackwell welcomes Associate Stephen Agee to its St. Louis, Mo., office. Having previously worked for a title company, Agee brings his experience to the firm’s Banking & Finance team.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Agee served as associate counsel for Fidelity National Title Group in Omaha, Neb. (2013-2015). While there, he researched state specific real estate law and helped interpret company title insurance contracts to determine company liability related to client accounts. He also helped develop and manage company litigation strategies related to title claim matters.
Agee received his J.D., with a concentration in Taxation, from Saint Louis University School of Law (2013), where he served as editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. He received his B.S.B.A. in International Business, summa cum laude, from Saint Louis University (2010), where he was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
