Husch Blackwell Sanders defeated a bid protest against client Intelsat General Corporation at the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Three companies alleged irregularities in the bidding and evaluation processes that led to the U.S. Department of Defense's award of a $500 million project to Intelsat General. It is expected that GAO will soon release the public version of its decision.
In a team lead by Partner Walter Wilson, other Husch Blackwell contributors included attorneys Daniel Donohue, Claude Goddard and Sarah Graves.
