Husch Blackwell Partner Mike Nichols represented John Deere Reman in its recent negotiations toward building a new remanufacturing core center in Strafford, Missouri. John Deere’s new facility will operate in conjunction with the company’s existing facility in the Partnership Industrial Center located on the east edge of Springfield. The official groundbreaking for the new facility took place on Monday, November 21.
In addition to his real estate development and financing practice, Nichols has a sizeable business transaction practice representing businesses of all sizes in contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation and governance and other operational issues affecting businesses. Nichols practices out of Husch Blackwell’s Springfield, Missouri office.
