David McCrosky Unanimously Elected by Nominating Committee
Husch Blackwell attorney David J. McCrosky was elected to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors for the Japan America Society of Colorado (JASC). The JASC is a non-profit organization that promotes a working relationship between the people of Japan and Colorado to foster mutual understanding and commerce between the two regions. Husch Blackwell supports the JASC as a corporate member.
McCrosky is an Associate in the firm's Denver office. He is a registered patent attorney and advises on intellectual property in the mechanical, electromechanical, computer and medical device technologies.
McCrosky has prepared and prosecuted U.S. patent applications for many large Japanese companies in technologies such as wireless communications networks, electronic entertainment devices and control systems. He has traveled extensively in Japan presenting seminars on U.S. patent law.
