Howard focuses his practice in the areas of healthcare, tax-exempt organizations and taxation. He has participated in the formation of over 45 tax-exempt bond financed independent and assisted-living facilities. Howard has represented hospitals and physicians groups as general counsel, as well as municipalities and tax-exempt and taxable entities in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.
Howard joined Husch Blackwell as a Partner in 2004.
