Henry concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment, business litigation and intellectual property. In his litigation practice, Henry has represented clients in state and federal court and before government agencies in cases involving claims of breach of contract, complex business disputes, products liability, employment discrimination, securities fraud, patent, trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, defamation, premises liability, eminent domain and government contract procurement disputes, among others. He has also represented clients on appeals to the Nebraska Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
In addition to his litigation practice, Henry counsels clients on general corporate, intellectual property and labor and employment issues.
While a law clerk, Henry successfully advocated the state’s position in In re Interest of Hailey M., 15 Neb. App. 323, 726 N.W.2d 576, 2007 and conducted three grand jury investigations regarding deaths of inmates incarcerated in facilities within Lancaster County, Neb.
