Greg concentrates his practice in general counseling, risk management, commercial transactions and complex commercial disputes. A former outside general counsel at the chemical division of Olin Corporation, Greg has handled many multi-million dollar commercial transactions in the chemical industry including joint ventures, asset purchase agreements and manufacturing agreements. Greg also has prosecuted many large commercial cases as plaintiff's counsel, resulting in several multi-million dollar settlements.

Lambda Electronics, Inc., 39 F.Supp. 2d 912; Olin Corporation v. Yeargin, Incorporated, 146 F.3d 398, 6th Cir.; and Messer Griesheim Industries, Inc. v. Cryotech of Kingsport, Inc., 45 S.W.3d 588 Tenn.

Greg is a member of the firm’s Partner Board, Diversity Committee, Political Action Committee and he served as Managing Partner of the Chattanooga office for 10 years. Before joining the firm in 2001, he practiced with the Tennessee firm of Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC.
