Glenn has 29 years of experience in all areas of intellectual property law, including mergers and acquisitions, patent preparation and prosecution, litigation, domestic and international contracts and licensing.
Prior to joining the firm as Partner in 2011, Glenn practiced law at several other firms in the Denver area, where his primary focus was on all aspects of intellectual property counseling, litigation, licensing and business transactions.
Glenn served as Vice President-Intellectual Property and Licensing and Chief Patent Counsel for Raytheon Company. He restructured and rebuilt the Intellectual Property and Licensing Department and had company-wide responsibility for the organization’s intellectual property matters.
Glenn also acted as Senior Counsel for Hexcel Corporation, where his responsibilities included management of the corporate litigation docket worldwide, including selection and supervision of outside counsel; analysis and coordination of insurance coverage and claims; negotiation of joint venture, asset acquisition and divestiture, sales, distribution and licensing agreements and commercial contracts; participation in corporate restructuring following Chapter 11 filing; and the handling of environmental, labor, employment, export/import regulations and other general corporate legal matters domestically and in overseas operations.
He was Staff Counsel for several small software companies in Silicon Valley, where he provided legal advice to senior management regarding corporate legal matters. Glenn also spent four years in insurance defense focusing on construction defect litigation.
Prior to practicing law, Glenn served as a Staff Engineer for Caterpillar, Inc.
