Glen represents investors, creditors, debtors and creditors’ committees in the areas of commercial law, complicated financial restructuring, bankruptcy, insolvency, workouts, reorganization and creditor rights throughout the United States. Glen has substantial experience representing secured lenders, equipment lessors and financiers, real estate asset managers, investors and financial institutions. He has been involved as attorney and trustee in complicated receiverships, liquidations and foreclosures and has a strong background in general lending and real estate.
Additionally, he is experienced in the issuance of legal opinions in commercial transactions and related securitizations.
