In her real estate and development practice, Ellen represents landlords and tenants on office, retail and industrial lease negotiations and serves as national and regional commercial mortgage loan counsel for life insurance companies. She has successfully closed millions of dollars of commercial real estate purchase, sale and lending transactions.
Ellen also has extensive experience managing real estate aspects of renewable energy projects and has represented developers, purchasers, borrowers, lenders and investors in connection with wind energy projects in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska.
