Elizabeth is an experienced business lawyer who concentrates her practice in the firm's general corporate and commercial transactions areas. Most recently, Elizabeth monitored activities related to the federal government's Troubled Asset and Economic Stimulus programs and provided advice on a broad range of issues. She has been a regular presenter on the topic at CLE programs to various client groups and manages the firm's online resources that track stimulus-related programs and opportunities. Additionally, Elizabeth assists client with a variety of legal and corporate organizational projects, including drafting form contracts and policies, reviewing and negotiating complex agreements, and advising on internal policy and process development.
After spending more than 10 years as in-house counsel at a Fortune 100 company, Elizabeth brings a unique perspective to projects for corporate clients. As in-house counsel, she led and participated in multiple corporate processes, policy and new product development projects. Over the years, her practice focused on sales, marketing, business development and procurement contracting as well as regulatory and real estate. She regularly advised clients on matters related to advertising, privacy and e-business.
