Dwayne concentrates his practice in toxic tort and complex commercial litigation and defends clients against allegations of personal injuries related to product and/or premise exposure to asbestos. His general litigation practice consists of defending a variety of Fortune 500 companies in contract disputes and business torts in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
Dwayne also defends private sector colleges in purported class actions and multiple plaintiff claims of consumer fraud and unfair trade practices.
In addition, Dwayne represents healthcare clients in a broad variety of commercial contract litigation. He also handles complex insurance coverage disputes.
