Drew concentrates his practice within the Business Services division, focusing in the areas of corporate and securities law. Through Husch Blackwell’s Private Investment Funds group, he serves the legal needs of hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate private equity funds, managed futures funds and fund of funds (collectively, PIFs), as well as investors and advisors to PIFs, and public and private companies.
Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Drew was a law clerk in the U.S. Department of Enforcement at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
