Donald practices in the firm’s Private Wealth Department and concentrates his practice in estate planning. He has designed and implemented numerous plans to minimize income, gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes that are associated with succession planning for individuals and privately held businesses. He also develops core estate planning documents such as wills, revocable living trusts, financial powers of attorney and healthcare powers of attorney.
Before joining Husch Blackwell in 2011, Donald was an estate planning and tax attorney at Frazer, Ryan, Goldberg & Arnold in Phoenix. He has experience representing clients in federal and state tax controversies, IRS collections and IRS appeals.
