Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Donald R. Scott has joined the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona, office as an Associate in the area of Trusts & Estates.
Prior to joining the firm, Scott was an Estate Planning and Tax attorney for a law firm in Phoenix. He has experience representing clients in estate and gift tax matters, as well as federal and state tax controversies, IRS collections and IRS appeals. Scott has also conducted extensive research for federal tax controversy, estate planning and tax matters.

Scott earned his J.D., cum laude, from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University (2007) and his B.S., cum laude, from Northern Arizona University (2003).
