David advises hospitals, physicians, professional corporations and other healthcare providers on issues such as hospital/physician contracting and joint ventures, Medicare fraud and abuse and other compliance matters, Stark II, Medicare payment issues and tax-exempt entity matters. David, who joined the firm as a Partner in 2007, also advises on business and tax planning for traditional and alternative physician practice structures and group purchasing organizations (GPO) compliance.
