David has a broad-based practice in corporate real estate, real estate development, banking and finance and public finance. He regularly represents large companies in all aspects of their real estate needs, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, campus planning and development, complex financing transactions, facilities management, construction contracting, construction administration and leasing. He also represents lenders in commercial real estate, agricultural and asset-based loans.
Additionally, David is the City Attorney for the City of Bridgeton, Missouri and represents municipalities and developers in all aspects of municipal law, including planning and zoning, municipal finance and development incentives.
David is counsel to the Saint Louis Art Museum and regularly represents museums, collectors and not-for-profit organizations in all aspects of art law.
