Dan practices in all areas of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on litigation of patent cases. He has also worked on matters involving patent prosecution, trademark clearance and registration, licensing, negotiations and preparation of validity, right-to-use, infringement opinions and trade secret claims. His clients represent a range of industries including computer software and products, digital electronics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, chemical processes, food products, mechanical devices, agricultural products and sports equipment.
Prior to law school, Dan was an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard.
